APAIDSCON conducts training for House Surgeons

Two intern training programs were held at the NRI Medical College , Guntur and the Pinnamaneni Sidhartha Institute of Medical Sciences, Ganavaram respectively. The aim of the program is to train young minds in HIV/AIDS control and treatment. The training was scheduled from 19 th to 22 nd October, 2009 at NRI Medical College with 70 students participating and from 4 th to 7 th November, 2009 at Pinnamaneni Sidhartha Institute of Medical Sciences with 97 students. Didactic and interactive sessions, video case presentations, case studies and group exercises were a part of the training methodologies.
